High River Toyota have moved to Okotoks Toyota.  We are looking for a passionate and experienced Licensed Automotive Technician to join our team.

Location: Okotoks, AB

Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends if needed

Major Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs with efficiency, safety, and accuracy.
  • Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and conduct timely repairs.
  • Uphold a fix-it-right-the-first-time approach.
  • Conduct road tests to verify service quality.
  • Provide written, prioritized quotes for additional recommended services.
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers.
  • Maintain personal and company equipment/tools.
  • Stay current on repair procedures and vehicle technologies.
  • Comply with dealership health and safety programs.

Major Requirements and Competencies:

  • Licensed Automotive Technician.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driver's abstract.
  • Clean Police Information Check.
  • Proof of relevant licenses/credentials.
  • Personal tools necessary for the position.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Toyota experience and an Out of Province Permit are considered assets.

Okotoks Toyota is looking for a dependable, friendly, and safety-focused Part-Time On-Call Driver to join our team.

This flexible position is well suited to someone looking for occasional, part-time work on an as-needed basis. Hours will vary depending on business needs.

Location: Okotoks, AB

Type: Part-Time, On-Call

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Major Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Safely pick up and drop off customers as needed.
  • Provide shuttle transportation for customers to their home, workplace, or other approved local destinations.
  • Transfer vehicles between Okotoks Toyota and HRT Motors in High River.
  • Assist with dealership errands and vehicle movements as required.
  • Support the Service, Sales, and Pre-Owned departments with driving-related tasks.
  • Help keep vehicles clean, fueled, and ready for customers when needed.
  • Represent the dealership professionally during every customer interaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Major Requirements and Competencies:

  • Valid Alberta Driver's License.
  • Clean Driver's Abstract.
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles including cars, SUVs, and trucks.
  • Ability to work independently and follow directions.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Okotoks, High River, Calgary, and surrounding areas is considered an asset.
  • Previous customer service, driving, shuttle, or dealership experience is considered an asset.
